Fermented with Trillium's house cultivated wild yeast, subsequently aged in French oak ex Chardonnay Casks for 16 months before being returned to stainless to be refermented on large amounts of apricot. The result is a mildly funky wild ale, demonstrating some bright white wine notes, light oak influence and plenty of apricot alongside some tropical fruit with a light malt base bring a crisp finish.
