Brewed back in 2016, this beer was then aged in an oak foeder for two years, then transfered to a stainless tank where it then aged on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, & Pinot Meunier juice for a further two years, before being conditioned on the lees, and then bottle conditioned for an extended period.
