The Omachi edition of Domaine Sakura's 'Classic' series, this sake uses Yamadanishiki rice milled down to 50% for the koji rice, and Omachi milled down to 60% for the kakemai.
Refreshing, with an aroma of acacia and and lychee and a slightly minerality on the palate. The use of both omachi and ultra-soft water results in a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness.
