This Junmai Ginjo is brewed by the famous Katsuyama brewery, which harnesses three centuries of brewing tradition and is renowned for their absolute focus to refinement with each bottle. A wonderfully luxurious bottle of saké, full of umami and depth. This elegant saké also features a gentle, clean nose with red apple and floral elements. It has a smooth and silky drinkability, with a fresh and juicy flavour that expands into a soft and supple fullness. The superb balance of slightly dry and mild acid tastes and well-rounded aftertaste make it an excellent pairing for meals prepared to bring out the best in carefully selected ingredients.
