A bittersweet and aromatic fruit liqueur from Kochi Shuzo, made using locally-grown buntain (a pomelo variant) and Niyodogawa sake, beautifully packaged in a convenient 500ml bottle. Drink on the rocks, chilled neat, or as a highball. This one would even work well in a cocktail with other light spirits and some citrus.
