A sweet and spicy ginger liqueuer from Kochi Shuzo, made using locally-harvested young ginger and Niyodogawa sake, beautifully packaged in a convenient 500ml bottle. Drink on the rocks, chilled neat, or as a highball. This one would even work well in a cocktail with a dark spirit and some citrus.
