Dry and tart, this product sits well in line with the prefectural style of making clean, crisp, and powerful sake designed to be paired with food. Produced using Gyohyakumangoku rice and a modern AC-95 yeast developed in the prefecture. Enjoy with lighter meats and grilled dishes: aburi scallops would be an absolute hit. Serve chilled.
