Rich and sweet. Made with the "ryukyo koume" plum, grown locally in the Ina Valley of Nagano. The fruit has a distinctively thick, high-quality flesh despite their small size. After being destemmed by hand, the fruit is then steeped in sake from Ima-Nishiki. The final umeshu has a clean and pure character with a rich and mellow flavour
