Originally brewed for export to Canada this red IPA showcases some of our Aussie Hops. Galaxy, Topaz and Enigma.

UILTJE F*CK THE CHRISTMAS TREE IS ON FIRE IMPERIAL STOUT

The beer is an oatmeal imperial stout with the addition of Jamaican coffee beans and orange peel. And it is delicious (even for a non-coffee drinker).

 There is a lot of flavour with heaps of dark chocolate and dark roasted malts giving a real roasty but smooth tasty body with just the slightest bitterness.

KERERU GINGER BIRD SPICED BROWN ALE

Ginger Bird is a strong brown ale, spiced with ginger, orange zest, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and black pepper, made with toasty biscuity malts and lashings of Belgian candi sugar, evoking the taste and aroma of a sultry, delicious cookie.

CHIMAY GRANDE RESERVE 750ML

This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavour only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma , while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.
