A unique style, not typically Australian or what you would expect of a Sauvignon Blanc Semillon (65%/35%) blend. It has flavours of citrus and pear with wonderful mouth feel and length plus fine natural acidity.The palate is tight with lovely balancing acidity and a long, complex finish. Will age gracefully and improve for some years.
Colour - Golden hue, bright yellow core, nectarine flesh
Nose - Rich and creamy. Layers of tropical fruits, honey, beewax, ripe paw paw, and just a hint of salinity. Nashi pear. Hints of white pepper. Generous and enticing
Palate - Bold, deep yellow fruits, layers of melon, still incredibly alive, silky texture with seaside fruit, banana leaf, orange peel. Great structure.
