Made using Yamadanishiki rice polished to only 90%, this rich and robust kanzake has a warm straw colour, sweet & earthy rice flavour and a touch of acidic tang from the kimoto-style ferment. A great long-term bottle, as this large-format will hold up well for months after opening, so long as its temperature is kept stable.
