Aged oxidatively, over 15 years in barrels not topped up
Amber color. Complex nose, with aromas of nuts and almonds, sweet spices, pepper, candied fruits. The mouth is ample with a beautiful bitterness which evolves in a delicate but persistent finish.
Match with Iberian ham, sheep's cheese, marinated anchovies, chicken in curry
