The Night Rambler, named for a notorious pirate ship which terrorised the 18th century Caribbean sea, is a high ester dry white rum; a blend of Haitian and Jamaican rums. The sugarcane-juice rum from Haiti provides a beautiful freshness, whilst the long-fermented Jamaican rum provides funk and depth. A 100% pot still rum, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2019, unchillfiltered.
This blend was created with cocktail mixology in mind. It works perfectly in tiki drinks and can also be utilised in most white rum based cocktails.
The Transcontinental Rum Line is a series of rums produced by French spirits icons LMDW Creations. The range celebrates the traditional Atlantic crossing from the Caribbean to Europe, where many casks were sent to age. Europe's cooler climate and range of barrels resulted in a very different maturation for the rums that spent most of their time in Europe.
