"Third year into this fantastic collaboration with Scintilla Wines. All the white varieties made into wine in 2022 made it into this delicious drop too. Chardonnay, Viognier, Sémillon, Sauvy B, Pinot Gris and so on. Blended with the best aged organic grape spirit around, the resulting mix was left in barrel for a year, untopped.
