The first cellar door release from Capertee's Craft Works Distillery.
This has been distilled from apple and feijoa cider.
Craft Works Distillery is located in Capertee, in New South Wales greater west region. Run by Craig 'Crafty' Field, there are a number of independent releases set to mature before the distillery's own distillate (which began being distilled in 2018) comes of age.
This is one of the first product releases of spirit distilled in Capertee. A cellar door release, we're lucky enough to have some following the 2019 Sydney Whiskt Fair.
