Rolling Cask are a new, Australian independent bottler, founded in Sydney in 2020. With a focus on fine whiskies, armagnacs and wines, they have been responsible for some excellent releases over the last few years, often falling under fun themes, such as the Kung Fu series, Rolling Cask has sourced stock from all across Scotland, with names such as Macallan, Glenrothes, Port Dundas and Highland Park gracing their labels.
