Pouring a light straw colour with a meringue of foam on top, it’s clear just from the visuals that we’ve gone with an ultra lean malt base which is essential for a banging Cali IPA. This beer is all about the citrus (and a little bit of pineapple as well), but citrus steals the show. This beer will take you on a journey of ripe, juicy orange flesh, citrus peel, orange blossom, grapefruit, tangerine, lime and then that hint of pineapple rolls through right at the end. Citrus bitterness blends with hop bitterness to provide a super refreshing finish, leaving you wanting more. This beer has layers, kind of like an onion.
