An extra-aged tequila from Arette.
Distilled from 100 percent blue weber agave, this was fermented in open-air concrete tanks and double distilled in both copper and stainless steel stills under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Eduardo Orendain.
Released in small batches, this showcases strong caramel and vanilla flavours from the oak maturation alongside herbal and earthy agave.
Batches range from three-to-four years maturation.
