All grapes are hand-picked and macerate slowly in Hans-Peter’s cold mountain cellar. After six months of maceration, the wine is aged for 38 months in 222 litre oak barrels.
Fresh and elegant yet with a deeper and rounder complexity. Red berries of cherry and raspberry are more prominent here with plum and black cherry. Soft gamey tones with earthy forest floor build towards the beautiful lingering dry tannic finish.
