Our friends at Freestyle Farms gifted us a few bottles of their new SubZero Hop Kief fruit infusions - Kohia Nelson and Kohia Motueka - so we decided to go all in and combine them in one huge triple NEIPA.
The extra smooth and malty body allowed us to dial up the Hop Kief addition to extreme without losing balance. And, because it's a liquid hop extract, we can add the dry hop in immediately before packaging, which means you're drinking the cleanest, freshest expression of these hops. You're going to get lifted passion fruit notes with complex floral character.
