Crafted at Loch Lomond Distillery, Spearhead is a single grain whisky which uses 100% malted barley and an extended fermentation time of 92 hours before distilling in our Coffey style still. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in a unique combination of infrared and fire toasted virgin American oak barrels, the result is a lighter, sweeter whisky, perfect for mixing.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of violet floral notes, dark berries, vanilla pods, caramel and dark chocolate.
Palate: Velvety mouthfeel rolls over the tongue. Red apple with lime citrus, vanilla fudge and light brown sugar.
Finish: The finish is long, smooth and sweet with melted brown sugar.
