From the distributor:
"Delicate aroma of peach and blossoms, followed by a soft, fruity sweetness of peach and lychee flavours. A fruit-forward, well-balanced sake with a rounded, creamy texture and a clean finish. Pair with seafood, soft cheeses, sashimi (white fish, scallops, lobster, and prawn), served chilled.

Produced by Yonezawa.
"Yonezawa Shuzo hails from Nakagawa Village in Nagano, where they have been brewing sake with only locally-sourced rice and water from the Southern Alps of Japan since 1907. The founder, Yasotarou Yonezawa was a sumo wrester who competed in local tournments under the name 'Imanishiki, which has since been used as their name of their sake. Mainly brewed with Miyamanishiki rice (a Nagano specialty), all of Imanishiki sake is pressed using the traditional 'fune' method. This is the most traditional method of sake pressing, but is also time and labour intensive, and creats a light and vibrant taste."
