"Appassilento, a term that represents a very slow process was born out of a unique blend of Corvina, Cabernet & Merlot. This unorthodox blend is treated very gently in the winery to produce a wine that is aromatic and powerful with structure that has ensured it's long life. A few years after vintage has provided a silken palate with savoury earthy notes that complement the fruit beautifully."
