"Doppelgänger is an Italian style aperitivo, albeit made by us, in Battersea and is England’s answer to Aperol! Made with a flash of artistry and the amalgamation of 19 hand selected botanicals on a base English wheat spirit. Inviting citrus and hints of aromatic roots on the nose, its bitter-sweet palate is citrus and rosella (hibiscus) led, and underlaid by earthy and herbaceous flavours.

Doghouse Distillery was established in 2016 and is born and bred in Battersea, London. Beginning 2024 we have partnered with them to become one of their Sydney based outlets, as we have fallen in love with their style & quality spirits. As London's only grain to bottle distillery, they have been able to produce gin & vodka with not only an excellent base spirit, but using decades of London bartending experience, a fantastic, modern London Dry style gin.
