"Hops: Motueka | Idaho-7 | Manilita
Style: WC Pilsner
One of our favourite parts of collabs is the way they can completely change on brew day. This is exactly what happened when our mate Charlotte from @beerfarm was up the other month. The original idea was a session IPL, but we decided to up the ABV, bitterness & hopping rate to bring this brew into WC Pils territory with the predominant hop being @freestylehops experimental Manilita.
What we ended up with is Compass, a crisp and crushable WC Pils with notes of sweet tropical fruit and grapefruit with the perfect balance of dank WC character from the Idaho-7
