Hazy Pale V22 is, according to Mike, the best pale we've made to date. Thick haze, heaps of body and more hop character than a sub 5% beer has any right to have. For the final instalment of the Bracket V1 hazy pales we've gone with a hop that has shown serious promise in our beers over the last year, Manilita. Obviously we had to pair it with Motueka Papaya and grapefruit dominate the palate and something we love, but can't quite put our finger on.
