"Calvaros is a Sour Ale made from a blend of malted barley & apple juice. We inoculated the brew with a carefully selected blend of lambic (souring) cultures & aged the beer for 4 years in oak barrels. Aged a further 4 years before cannng, the beer has developed a complex, multi-layered flavour profile balanced by a lovely acidity. All natural ingredients: Contains, Water, Barley, Apples, Hops & Yeast."
