"Eye of the partridge in colour. Pear and a little citrus, a slight but pleasant herbal bite to it, a light powdery/chalky texture, crisp acidity and a finish of good length, with some pink grapefruit, pepper and a slight grassiness to close. Good wine. Fresh and enjoyable. 91pts."

"Harvested from Cheshunt in the King Valley, which is an ideal climate for Pinot Gris. Before pressing, the wine sees about 8 hours of skin contact which gives it a slightly pinkish hue. Then pressed and fermented in older barriques. This wine will drink well know but will benefit from a few years in the cellar."
