Sourced from the famous Balmoral Vineyard on Caldwell Lane and Hill Park Vineyard, which both sit at around 900 metres. The resulting wine has an alluring nose of green apple, white peach and vanilla. On the palate it is smooth and medium-bodied with subtle citrus flavours and a fine acid line carrying the finish long.
