“Estate grown Grüner Veltliner. Crushed to press, naturally fermented and matured in large and small format oak on full lees. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in February 2024.
White flowers and honey dew notes on the nose, citrus, freshly cut green pear interwoven with subtle spice and mineral notes on the palate. Beautifully balanced with a creamy texture and long finish.
