This single malt whisky was distilled in 2010 at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney. It was placed in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Butts & Bourbon Hogsheads and left to mature for no less than 14 years. In 2024 it was bottled at 57.1% alc/vol as part of the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Collection.

The 100 Proof Collection has become our favourite set of releases from Signatory Vintage, with their punchy, full flavoured bottlings representing incredible value in the current world of Scottish Whisky.
Nose: Subtle snifter of smoke, fruity and exciting with dried apricots and sherry notes, candied quince and juicy grapes, summer berries and then the peat soft peat smoke.
Palate: Melange of fruits dances on the tongue, clove, nutmeg and cumin spices and some well introduced white pepper.
Finish: Long and pleasant, soft wood smoke, black cherries, damp leather and macerated fruits.
