This single malt whisky was distilled in 2015 at the Glen Rothes distillery in the Scottish Speyside whisky region. It was matured solely in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and in 2024 was bottled at 57.1% alc/vol as part of the Signatory Vintage 100 Proof range. This whisky has no added colouring and is un-chillfiltered.

Nose: Dried dark fruits of raisins, sultanas and dates, dark cherries and fruit & nut chocolate. Spicy oak and caramel sweetness.
Palate: Coats the mouth, oily with sweet and fruity notes. Dark chocolate, crushed nuts, raisins and sultanas with cherries and a hint of oak.
Finish: Medium to long with marzipan, cherry and creamy malt, a slightly tart note.
Signatory Vintage are one of the veterans of Independently Bottled Scotch Whisky. Founded in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington. The name ‘Signatory’ was derived from the initial intention to find a person of suitable standing to sign the labels for bottles drawn from a single cask.
