Hibiki Blossom Harmony Limited 2021 Edition Blended Japanese Whisky

This 2021 Limited release Hibiki Blossom Harmony is based on Suntory’s classic, award-winning Hibiki blend, with the introduction of whisky matured in Sakura cherry wood barrels. 

Ex-bourbon cask Yamazaki and Hakushu single malts are married with Sakura cask finished Chita single grain whisky. The result is a delightful amalgem of sweet, floral and fruity notes accompanied by a generous helping of sakura mochi.
