A blend of Gruner Veltliner, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, all from 28 year old vines from a mixture of clay, quartz, granite and gneiss soils. All hand-picked and fermented with indigenous yeast and matured for 10 months in old oak barrels.Â
Fresh and floral, with a slatey, mineral backbone. Medium-light in style yet a white that has nice age-worthiness.
