"New look for Oscar Hermann, aka Combes wines. This comes from a vineyard in St Andrews managed by Oscar et al, and farmed organically (not certified).
Tension seems apt! Tightly wound, laser-like, precise and very refreshing. A steel rod of acidity in tart citrus fruits, compact bubbles, saline notes, some faint cornflake character. A little mute in perfume but this is a ripper of a summer fizz. 91pts."
