We deliver Australia wide and all orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to most residential or business addresses, Post Offices or PO Boxes

How much is the delivery fee?

The total delivery costs and estimated delivery times from dispatch depend upon your location/ weight and are calculated on checkout.

How long does delivery take?

For NSW (within Metro areas), it takes up to 2 – 3 business days.

For interstate delivery (within Metro areas), it takes up to 3 – 6 business days depending on the destination points.

For Country / remote area, it takes up to 5 – 9 business days depending on the destination points.

How will I know that my parcel has arrived?

You will be given a tracking number that enable you to track your order via Australia Post App from your mobile.

What if I am not available when the order arrives?

If you are not available when your order arrives, you will be provided with a card to collect your order from your local post office.

You have 10 business days to collect your order from your local post office. After 10 days, it will be returned back to our warehouse in Sydney.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, we will require our customer to sign for delivery. Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of is case, you will be provided with a card to collect your order from local post office.

Can someone else collect my parcel for me?

Yes, the person will need to bring their photo ID (over 18 years old), your order number and collection card when collecting the parcel.

What do I need to bring when I collect my parcel?

Your will need your id, your order number and a card from post office.

Can I get a call before delivery?

Unfortunately, our driver is always on the road and will not be able to give a call to arrange delivery.

Can I order overseas?

Yes! We can ship overseas to a limited list of countries. Select the country list from checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us at sales@oakbarrel.com.au to arrange a quote to your country.
