A traditional English style apple cider using 100% Australian grown apples (Royal gala, Fuji and Pink Lady). It is firstly fermented out to dry before undergoing a secondary fermentation to soften the mouthfeel and add complexity then oak aged for 3 months.
A dry and smooth cider, perfect with big dishes or on its own.Â
