“Our first beer made with koji released outside the Collective. For the current purposes, it feels like one of the most ‘Belgian’ reminiscent beers we have made in some time with the malt-sweetness combining with the fermentation spice.
Tasting it before release, it it beguiling and fun. Leaving a lot of hidden corners on the palate to be discovered, encouraging the drinker to taste it again and again. I’m very proud to share this fitting ale for the cooler months, enjoy.”
