The classic wheated bourbon from the Weller stable, distilled at Buffalo Trace.
Rarely seen in Australia in large quantities, this is an excellent example of a high-wheat mash bill and is bottled at 45% (90 proof) to carry all the flavour through.

“A sweet nose with a presence of caramel. Tasting notes of honey, butterscotch, and a soft woodiness. It’s smooth, delicate and calm. Features a smooth finish with a sweet honeysuckle flair.”
