“
“Minty, spicy, quite autumnal with coffee bean, rhubarb and poached strawberry. It’s bright and fresh, quite the sappy red fruited theme, brown spice, a little game meat, some blood orange tang, and quite dry on a finish of solid length. Also some cedar oak shows on the finish. It’s a good wine, not exactly varietal, more an alpine Nebbiolo kind of thing, but it does have freshness and offers some interest. It’s a 90 or 91 point kind of wine. 90pts.”
