“A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave that has been vinified exclusively in steel. The color is a straw yellow and the perfume is typical of white wild flowers with a hint of herbs. The Soave is of medium body with aromas of sweet almond peach and citrus. There’s a note of zesty acidity that gives the wine lively, food-friendly appeal. The Soave would be a great match with seafood entrees.”
