Description

“It is the result of a long fermentation, scrupulously followed by the master brewer, with a deep and supple bitterness to the taste buds. We will recognize a naturally flavored hop with an alcoholic aftertaste. Often associated with appropriate gastronomy, it ranks among the most exclusive large table beers. Refermented beer in bottle.

Barley malt, hops, water and yeast.

Recommendation:

Serve between 8°C and 12°C

A beer brewed following a recipe inspired by the brewing monks of Val-Dieu Abbey
Val Dieu Triple is a top-fermented Belgian abbey beer brewed at the Val-Dieu Abbey in Aubel following a recipe inspired by that used by the brewing monks.
This beer with a clear, slightly cloudy blonde color hides fine bubbles and has a beautiful creamy white foam.
It is 9°. It develops aromas on the nose that are both sharp and full-bodied , evoking cereals, malt and hops.
On the palate, sweet flavors appear in the mid-palate sometimes mixing alcohol, bitterness and sweetness with notes of malt, hops , herbs , spices and cereals.
Its conclusion punctuates with spicy flavors and an aromatic and alcoholic bitterness is also present.
Excellent and very digestive.” – Brasserie de l’Abbaye du Val-Dieu
