“Soft and gentle on the nose, with pineapple cake, cocoa powder, nectarine, and of course steamed rice showing through. The palate is surprisingly like (I suspect due to the distillation pressure), with ripe banana and mint flowing through to white pepper and the distinct smoky roasted rice note found across Toyonaga’s range.”
