Celebrate Doomsday with Simon McGoram this coming Guy Fawkes Day, as we take a look at the aptly named End of The World Series from That Boutique-y Whisky Company!
Its been a little while since our last tasting with TBWC, one of our favourite Independent Bottlers, and are we in for a treat with this one. This series celebrates all the ways the world could end, from M.A.D, to Asteroid Impacts to, perhaps most terrifyingly, Pandemics, with one of the best selections of whisky we have seen in recent times.
From Imperial to Dalmunach, Highland Park to Campbeltown, this selection of incredible drams is exactly how we would want to go out if tomorrow isn’t guaranteed!
One of Scotland’s most prolific independent bottlers, Boutique-y share an ethos with The Oak Barrel that whisky is meant to be drunk, whisky is meant to be fun. Known for their bright labels and excellent juice, they have bottled most distilleries in Scotland and are increasingly expanding to include whiskies from around the world – which is where this series of new Doomsday whiskies fits in.
