Terrigal Rum Co uses Barbados-style stills & a well tested distillation method to produce a spirit that is wonderfully oily, with bright tropical fruit notes that prove that the Australian rum scene is infact alive and kicking. Of course, this legally-not-a-rum works well with coke, or in your favourite tropical cocktails, but honestly? It drinks incredibly well neat, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for future expressions.
