Starward Nova is the new name, and new look for the Melbourne distillery’s famous red wine cask whisky.
Ever exceptional value in the Australian market, Nova takes the topical, ripe fruit of Starward’s spirit and enhances it with the red berry sweetness given off by the wine casks. That combines with chocolate and soft oak tannins – an easy drinking whisky with plenty of flavour.
The Starward distillery is based in Port Melbourne, south of the CBD. Founded by David Vitale, it is one of the best known Australian whisky brands both locally and globally.
