Gazza Ladra is made with 100% organic Fiano grapes planted at a density of 5.500 plants per hectare, trained using the single guyot system.
Fiano is famous for its vigour, strength and high acidity which allows the plants to overcome the hot summers in the Murge hills preserving its genetic endowment.
Intense yellow, with a persistent aroma of ripe citrus fruits, lime jam, white flowers, white fruit, and caramel. Gazza Ladra is a balanced wine with an elegant salinity. Total Acidity is almost 6,5/1000.
The Fiano is a dry Italian white wine with richness and structure. The intensity of the aromas make this wine unique in the panorama of white wines produced within Apulia.
It’s a great aperitif or with food, perfect with Mediterranean dishes, particularly raw sea food, calamari, cuttlefish, mussels, and octopus.
Drink it young, within three years after vintage at about 12°.Â
