Aged in a mixture of Pinot Noir, Bordeaux, ex-Whisky & Bourbon casks, with some spirit drawn from Quarter casks as well!
Red Mill Rum was one of Sydney’s original rum distilleries back in 1933, with spirit sourced from the CSR distillery in Pyrmont. It was founded by George Fesq, and has now been resurrected by his great Grandson, David Fesq.  Â
