“Spontaneous fermentation and produced only during the best years. Aged in barrel for 18 months, then further aging in bottle. Minimal added sulfur, no filtering or fining. Ageing first takes place in stainless steel vats for 6 months and then in barrels for another 12 months, before 6 months in bottle.
