On the nose, bright red cherry, red liquorice, cola, raspberries and white pepper, silky acidity shining through, a hint of cranberry and baking spice.
On the plate, lots of red cherry, waves of berries, red grapefruit, a light lingering of exotic spice and cracked pepper, really generous on the primary fruit, nice graphite like tannins bring a great structure and power to the wine. So great to drink on its own and certainly compliments a wide ranges of red meats, roast chicken or duck! The bright acidity makes it the perfect wine to experiment with food pairings
